Sunflower seed, cashew, Peanuts a little bit of oil mix, cardamom and a hand mixer PLUS some added flax seeds in the end.... =P

Then I've been in Stavanger for 2 weeks, work, work and more W O R K  ! ! !
All according to the PLAN, yes I do have a plan! Getting my 40+ hours in the reception at the gym ELIXIA St Olav Last week I also subbed for a spinn and strength class and got some of my old PT-clients back. Weekend nights are spent at Nåløyet bar... Same same and LA CASA on my mind, trying to keep it under 60h a week Getting enough sleep and training =P

But where are the waves?

Yesterday I made my own sunflower, almond, flax seed butter of course seasoned by cardamom Yamm yamm.. recepie mis it all together ;-)
