Just by that... U can understand my thoughts of 2day... NUT BUTTER

Sunflower seed, cashew, Peanuts a little bit of oil mix, cardamom and a hand mixer PLUS some added flax seeds in the end.... =P

Only 20 in visceral fat on my inbody test yesterday will keep me eating it on my crispbread and in my morning oatmeal
